Refugee Hackathon

There are many different challenges for refugees in Germany, where simpler access to information and existing services can reduce barriers to integration. Very often, this approach can also be solved with practical apps that can be used at a smartphone.  We want to develop such solutions together at a refugee hackathon. About meshcon

At meshcon we are developing concepts and open technologies for the Internet of Things and local and fair production with a special focus to FashionTec.

In 2015 meshcon joins up with Maker Faire Berlin for the first time to bring together Open Web makers, IoT experts, industry representatives, fashion designers, producers, knitters, textile manipulators, software developers and DIY hardware makers. On Saturday 3rd October 2015 participants from across the world are joining the event in Berlin city. Participatory workshops for people of all ages are organized by OpenTechSchool and Coder Dojo Potsdam.
