These drinks are on the menu when you walk in the door. What the secret?
    • Sam 18 hours ago
Sometimes they are offered as seasonal drinks.

My daughter could re create these flavors in a heartbeat at her coffee shop, where she roasts all the beans on site, and charges a fraction of what Charbucks charges.

About the only time I spend money in Starbucks is in an airport while waiting for a plane. Plain coffee extra strong--no sugar, no creme.
    • John D 17 hours ago
you mean plain over roasted coffee
    • Phil R 14 hours ago
Don't travel all that much so I don't recall their cute name for it. I ask for plain coffee extra strong no sugar no creme.

Do they have Coffee or is it just a candy store now?
  • Johannie  •  19 hours ago
Wow, it's difficult just to get a regular item these days. Like one time at Starbucks I ordered an italian steamer. This is just steamed milk with a little flavoring in it. I got charged $4.25 all the same- more than the cost of a gallon of milk. Geez.

Less than one glass of wine if you want to go hang out somewhere and chat with people or just to get out of your house when you have work to do.
    • Spider Rider 11 hours ago
Cleveland Steamer is much better value, Johannie, ask for that one next time.

Seriously, as a barista I can't stand stupid articles like this! THERE IS NO SECRET MENU!!!!! If you know the ingredients and we have the ingredients we will make anything you want, but please DO NOT go to a Starbucks counter and ask for a Thin Mint or a Samoa Frappacino and then get upset with me b/c I don't have the slightest clue as to what you are talking about. THEY DON'T EXIST!!! If you want one of these, write down the ingredients and ask us if we can make it for you. As long as we have the ingredients we will happily do it for you.
    • Candi 2 days 13 hours ago
As a former Starbucks Barista, I second that! We weren't allowed to call drinks "Thin Mint" and "Samoa" anyway because they are registered trademarks.
