I started this series back in 2001. I made two books for a French publisher, Cornelius, the first, Popeye et Olive, was an “abstract love story”. I rearranged the silhouetted shapes of the two characters into new combinations which became a “vocabulary of the relationship”.
The second volume, P+O, continued amorous adventures of Popeye and Olive.
