A four-day conference in Amsterdam and Rotterdam organized by the Virtual Platform (The Netherlands).
Under the auspices of the Council of Europe with support of the Ministry of Education, Culture ans Science and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.

Een conferentie van vier dagen met presentaties van Amsterdamse en Rotterdamse instituten, georganiseerd door het Virtueel Platform (VP). P2P vormt een deel in de serie evenementen die met de New Space Conference in Praag begon en met de internationale L'artiste, le citoyen, et l'entrepreneur seminar in Hérimoncourt (F) verder ging. Bij P2P werd een meer pragmatische invalshoek ingenomen, gebaseerd op de ervaringen en "good practice" van media beoefenaars.
