I can say that I am sympathetic to your arguments, but I do not have a clear picture of the local community sentiment in the area immediately surrounding the Little Congwong locale. I will speak with my two Greens Councillor colleagues about the situation to ascertain their views, before I consult more widely with members of Randwick Botany Greens. If our local Greens group came to a consensus view on this one way or the other, that is the position I would represent in Council. Meanwhile I am open to arguments from both perspectives. Personally, not knowing the situation there, I would say that if there is the long standing tradition since the 1970s of naturist / nude bathing at Little Congwong, this ought to carry significant weight with the community's expectations and Council's deliberations on the matter.
