Regardless the topics – watchdog, transparency, environment, social issues, … such projects face challenges in terms of building communities of active users and ensuring sustainability. What are the lessons learned from similar initiatives from across Europe? How to build successful and sustainable Information and Communication Technology project (ICT) that has real and measurable offline impact?
