Awsome band
heard 'graceland' on a german station about a week ago and fell in love with it. Theres so much energy in this song!!!!!! A Must for every fan of rocky alternative music!!!! the rest of the album is pretty sweet, too. Not sure if i'd buy the entire thing, though.
Solid progression for a solid German indie group
My girlfriend made me listen to this record, and I had to admit Kettcar aged very well since their last album. The band has matured, and with some cues from great albums of the past year or so (The National's Boxer is something I heard a bit of in Sylt), Kettcar has put out one of the top German albums this year. And Am Tisch is in my view one of the best songs of 2008 from any band, anywhere.
Love this album!!
It's in keeping with Kettcar's style, it has lots of upbeat and catchy songs. Which is part of the reason I love them so much. I would encourage any Kettcar fan or really anyone for that matter to buy this album. It's definitely worth it!
