Geneva: A Dictator’s Paradise

With the help of some amateur computer scientists, we track down the dictators spending mind-blowing sums in the palaces of Geneva, while their people are crushed by abject poverty, such as the President of Cameroon's wife, who turns up for her hairdresser’s appointment by private jet.
