NEW TREND?: BLOG your way to a job!
May 31, 2004 by jim stroudCareer MetaSearch Creates Job Search Blog Feature
Internet-based employer only recruiting destination Career MetaSearch(tm) has added a job search blog feature to allow job candidates to show employers their true selves. Blogs enable the job seekers to talk about experiences, such as team-building or creativity, in a personal way that allows employers a glimpse of the attitude and thought processes of a potential employee. “We believe that employers will take notice of the candidates full level of experience on www.jobsearchblogs.com and take advantage of another avenue to source candidates,” said Jason Gorham, CEO of Career MetaSearch. “We launched this site to highlight creativity and skills. It’s just one more tool in the comprehensive toolbox offered by Career MetaSearch.” Click here for more information. -
