Shortly after, Lithium merged with Spredfast to become Khoros and the company does not plan to resume providing Klout.
We are incredibly grateful for our loyal Klout customers throughout the years. The Klout acquisition provided Lithium with valuable artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities, but Klout as a standalone service is not aligned with our long-term business strategy as Khoros. As a result, we made the difficult decision to turn off Klout.
