“Symmetric Islands” is the title of both an installation and a tape release, the mirror of a room and the room itself.
No concrete relationship between them both except maybe a common geographical area. “Symmetric Islands” is a soundtrack and “Symmetric Islands” a projection room to travel backward.
“Symmetric Islands” is a loading place and a silent voice murmuring how everything around is about to fall into unrest. Rooms are loud, non stop talking, constantly self duplicating, building perspectives and delay.
“Symmetric Islands” is visible from June 5th at 4pm to June 26th at 8pm. “Symmetric Islands” has two sides of twelve minutes, fourty copies are available, each are sold for five euros. Please note that shipping is not included worldwide. This, only to warn you about the context.
