After releasing three highly praised LPs and having played hundreds of shows across Germany, Australian-born singer, songwriter and producer Kat Frankie was looking for fresh inspiration.
She took a break from producing her next album and began a collaborative phase that turned into one of the most active periods of her career. She founded the duo Keøma as a side project and produced their debut, scored the soundtrack for Jan Böhmermann’s TV show with Get Well Soon, toured for a year and a half as an acoustic guitarist in Olli Schulz’s band, recorded the track “Wenn Du Liebst” with Clueso and accompanied him on the road as a guest artist for most of 2017.
It’s been a long wait, but Kat has finally completed her fourth album, a highly-anticipated, genre-hopping work titled “Bad Behaviour”. It’s due to be released by Grönland records on the 2nd of February 2018 and followed by a European tour beginning March.
