Payment

The book is priced at £35 or $50. Shipping is calculated according to your address and chosen delivery method, and added at checkout.

We bill everything in British pounds (GBP £) or US Dollars (USD $). If these are not your local currencies, your bank or card issuer will convert your order value using their own exchange rate. Please note that if you choose to display prices on the site in a currency other than GBP or USD, the price shown will be an estimate based on current exchange rates. Your book will be sent direct to your door.

We ship to most countries, including the US and the entire EU. You can choose your delivery country from the drop-down menu when you check out.

We calculate delivery costs according to your shipping address, and these are added to your order at checkout. In most cases, we’ll be able to offer you a choice of carrier so you can choose the option that suits you best.
