Tom is an Ivor Novello nominated composer, pianist, and clarinetist. He is known for pushing the boundaries of experimental contemporary classical through his collaborations with artists including Floex, Max Cooper and EivØr, which blend electronic production and jazz aesthetics with his emotive and familiar song structures and melodies.

RISE OF THE NAZIS RECEIVES NOMINATION FOR an ivor novello award
The score for Rise of The Nazis (72 Films & BBC) has has received an Ivor Novello nomination in the Best TV Score category. Tom was proud to compose the score for this powerful series that looks at how Hitler and the Nazis seized power in Germany and ushered in the death of democracy.
The three-part series explores the various psychological perspectives of Hitler's contemporaries, highlighting the incremental decisions and missed warning signs that led to the rise of the Nazis, and is available to watch on BBC iPlayer here.

While recording some clarinet for another project, inspiration struck to make a piano version of ‘Wednesday (Is The New Friday).' With the help of a few ribbon mics he was using at the time and his Eavestaff MiniRoyal piano, Tom was able to capture the moment.

Tom joined forces with long-time collaborator Franz Kirmann to score the prestige eight-part BBC / AMC drama McMafia. On the music, co-writer Hossein Amini said, "Tom and Franz have brought a truly original and distinctive voice to the series, mixing tension, emotion, violence and tenderness in a bold, mesmeric score."
