Be, the French women's magazine published by Lagardère Active, a division of French media group Lagardère, will move from weekly to monthly publication in October, and begin an e-commerce business selling beauty and fashion products on its website. Launched in April 2010, the pub has "not yet reached its sales target," according to Laure Guilbault.
