Alesso is a yoga-like master of balance—effortlessly transitioning from uplifting peak-hour tracks to heady late-night bangers and emotive pop tunes. Fans of Alesso’s breakout hit, “Calling (Lose My Mind)," will recognize OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder on not one but two tracks here: the pop crossover “Scars” and Alesso’s remix of “If I Lose Myself.” While the DJ/producer's huge vocal collaborations may be aimed at the top of the charts, he packs in enough introspective instrumentals and drum-heavy electro-house to make this highly anticipated debut LP well worth the wait.

Hmmmmm....
I have listened to dance music forever and my ipod on shuffle pointed something very interesting out. Listen to Kylie Minogues song "get outta my way" then listen to "cool".
Finally
Sweet Escape and Scars.. A lot of people have been waiting for those songs, and finally they got a chance to be released. It's so hard to tell how excited I am since I had expected for those two to be never released. This album and Avicii's upcoming album, Stories would be my album of the year for sure.
Well it's nice to see Alesso join the list of DJ's who have gone mainstream
I hate to see Alesso give up his old self and becoming just another one of those pop/EDM sellouts. I hate his new songs lately. Why is this happening to so many DJ's
