Disappointed so far
I've only heard the m83, woodkid, and imagine dragons songs so far and I'm kinda disappointed. Divergent's soundtrack had a lot of energy and this one is severely lacking in it. Especially considering the sequel ups the action.
Sounds interesting...
Kind of surprised it's only a 8 song soundtrack... Oh well the M83 song with HAIM is perfection. Sad to not see Ellie Goulding again :( Imagine Dragon song was already released as a single last year, just check there artist page.
Songs Were Decent but No Ellie Goulding
I strongly believe that Ellie Goulding's songs and voice captured the essence of the Divergent Series. I am a huge fan and I was so disappointed to see she wasn't on this soundtrack, especially considering she had 4 songs on the Divergent soundtrack. I feel that they should have at least had one of her songs on this soundtrack. The songs they did happen the include are good. I enjoyed most of them, but I'm very unhappy that Ellie Goulding was not included.
