Editors’ Notes

Skrillex and Diplo are EDM's resident pranksters, and their seemingly inevitable debut collaboration as Jack Ü delivers all the tomfoolery you'd expect. While tracks like "Jungle Bae" and "Holla Out" feature the duo's signature slap-happy rhythms, it's the chartworthy pop that shines brightest. With its powerhouse hook and fathoms-deep drop, "Take Ü There" is devilishly addicting, and 2 Chainz's blue humor is hilarious on "Febreze." Most surprising is "Where Are Ü Now," a fluttering slow jam built around Justin Bieber's pretty-boy crooning.

Customer Reviews

Ü aren't ready for this

Killer beats. These guys are destroying the scene right now and I can't wait to hear more from them soon.

Ouch!

“Jack u” is the compilation of random, uninspired noise haphazardly clanging to an abstract montage of repugnance. Any amount of artistry and inspiration that Skrillex once possessed has been recklessly castrated by Diplo and replaced with a seemingly intentional obliteration of any redeeming qualities. Each track unevenly builds only to be massacred by sounds reminiscent of a screaming infant at a narcotic-induced circus.

SCREAMING

I've waited for months for this album to come out and it just hit me. (ps. I'm posing this from heaven because this album killed me)
