The autumnal tones of Loch Lomond are haunted by their birthplace in a tumbledown basement, as singer/songwriter Ritchie Young's bittersweet lyrics soothe picturesque songs of love, reminiscing, and fate. The Portland, OR, group was completed in 2003 when Young's longtime friend Rob Oberdorfer (the Standard) joined him for what turned into a yearlong collaboration.
