Definition of Punk

I may be just a little too excited about Wavves but my mind tells me this band is the next generation as in relating to the teens or anybody in society that's ever felt left out or insecure or troubled. There music cuts straight to the bone, it's raw, and it reminds me of blink-182 as inspiring more people to learn an instrument and write songs. In the way that bands such as nirvana, old school green day, Weezer and blink did, they are combining unique distortion and sunny rhythms and raspy vocals ( I mean raspy in an awesome way like Kurt did) with catchy pop melodies. They're seeming to get better with age and after hearing and buying demon to lean on ( I can't stop playing it ) I expect this album to be their best yet. Check out Cloud Nothings if you dig this band.

digital download? Hell.. VINYL IS THE WAY TO GO!

OMG is all I have to say.

So wavves is my favorite band of all time no doubt. I just love Nathan's way of everything he does with his music. The lyrics make me want to just lay down and never get up. But the sound and melody makes me want to do a little dance in my room. Definitely a recommended buy. Can't wait for it to get on Vinyl.

Wavves was conceived just...
