Once again Hercules and Love Affair has made my life more fun. I can’t think of a more creative, danceable band!
Brilliant Soul House Music!
Alright, Hercules and Love Affair was a guaranteed buy for me as like Basement Jaxx, they have evolved but I still love them the same. They kind of grew up with me, as a large part of the soundtrack to my "growing years". This CD is pure house madness! Love it!
Old Skool Vibe!
Really love that old skool acid vibe they incorporated on this new production. Clever lyrics, great beatz and a whole lot of fun.

The producer behind Hercules & Love Affair, Andrew Butler, began DJing at a leather bar as a teen in his native Denver. After a move to New York, he became further immersed in club culture as a party promoter and began to make his own music. Butler's first 12" for the DFA label, 2007's "Classique"/"Roar" — a co-production with Tim Goldsworthy — featured vocals from close associate Kim Ann Foxman and friend Antony Hegarty, bearing his deep affinity for electro-disco and early Chicago...
