Keane delivers great again!
Keane has done it yet again! I have known about this album, but I never got around to buying it cuz i never had the money. But the other day, i bought the songs, and listened to them, and they are great (as usual)!! I love their cover for Under Pressure! There is nothing wrong with it, it is wondermous! Tom Chaplin holds that one really high note for 3 or 4 seconds longer than Freddie Mercury, it's crazy, but a job well done! And the lyrics to Night Sky will just touch your heart (they almost made me cry, my eyes started tearing up). the story to The Night Sky is one of a child who is living during a war, and wishes it would be over so 'only city lights will brighten the night sky.' So sweet!! =D

I'm so glad they finally put "The Night Sky" on itunes..I've been listening to the song online...and I have to say its a beautifully written song...I think it is one of Keane's best!!! Under Pressure is a pretty good cover too...this is all for a good cause too...for war child and all. If you go to youtube and write in "the night sky"...you'll see a video directed by children that helps raise awareness for warchild and the cruelity of war in our world. If you are a longtime Keane Fan [like myself]....you will find this EP great for your collection...if you are sorta new to Keane...this is great start to their awesome music [but trust me check out their last few CD's]!!! Keane Fan for life!!!!..Can't wait until their new CD!!! [Tom Chaplin has an amazing voice...but Tim did an amazing job on the keys...and Rich is awesome]
It Doesn't Get Any Better Than Keane...
I was so excited to see that Keane's new EP was available on iTunes. Three songs for $2.49 is a very solid deal, the songs are great, and the best part is that the EP is for a noble cause. "The Night Sky" song is my favorite of the three and is some of their best work to date. I feel the "Under Pressure" cover is well-done and definitely does justice to the original Queen and David Bowie version. The "Put It Behind You" mix is pretty good and is probably better for a dance party rather than casual listening. I recommend the Night Sky - EP to anyone who enjoys music and especially to Keane fans. I cannot wait until they come out with their next full-length album. Keane Rules...
