NEWSSTAND PLEASE

Please get with it... Other than that... I can't complain but you get three stars until you integrate your paper with.... NEWSSTAND

New version = new ads

It seems to me that WSJ used the veil of an 'update' to slip some more ads into their app. I see few noticeable Retina enhancements and many noticeable full-screen display ads after downloading this update. After closing out one of these full-screen ads, there is a bug that makes a bar across the top of the screen say "item". Unacceptable...

I can't wait until advertisers realize that no one cares about their ads. Only then will good natured companies like WSJ be able to resist the temptation to shower their customers with the useless, irrelevant, and annoying ads that currently exist as sales and marketing departments' subsidy of the economy at large.

Lost and Slo

WSJ needs to be in newsstand with All the other papers. The app seems to be getting slower by the week. Is this due to more ads?
