Walter Dorsch, born in Weilheim in 1949, was Professor of Allergology and Pneumology at the University Children's Hospital in Mainz. He discovered and researched, among other things, the healing effect of the house onion on asthma bronchiale. Since 1994 he has been working in his own practice in Munich. He is the father of six children, a step-son and grandfather of eight grandchildren.
