Born in Vienna and raised between Vienna and Warsaw. She studied economics in Vienna and creative writing at the German Literary Institute at the University of Leipzig, where she co-founded the political literary journal and authors’ network PS-Politisch Schreiben. She edited the monthly journal an.schläge, and was awarded the Exil Preis for prose in 2018 and in 2022 a literature grant from the city of Vienna. Her play, Das verkommene Land [The Debauched Country], premiered in 2021.
