Sounds great but...

I love Ellie Goulding. He debut album "Lights" and it's UK-only reissue "Bright Lights" are amazing, musically stunning albums on their own. I was excited to find this remix EP here on iTunes since I am a club DJ and I've wanted to play Ellie in the clubs for months. However, while most of these mixes are brilliant (the mixes of "Lights," "Salt Skin" and "This Love" especially), they are only available as a continuous dance mix. As a DJ I'd much rather have the full 30-minute mix as a nice bonus track, but I could really use the individual UNMIXED, remix tracks for playing out in the clubs. The separate tracks (tracks 2-7) are exactly the same as track 1, the only difference is that they have track break markers in them. As a DJ, I wouldn't play the full 30-minute track (the closing mix of "Under The Sheets" isn't really dance floor friendly) to a full club, but I can't play these tracks individually out either.

In closing, this purchase is worth it for those who want to listen to a great mix set of Ellie's unique voice and new interpretations of her songs, but if you're a DJ like me looking for material to add to your nights spinning in the DJ booth, then I'd say skip this and hope you can find the full unmixed versions.
