Taoufik Ouanes
Taoufik Ouanes, Swiss and Tunisian, is a lawyer and consultant in Tunis and Geneva. He graduated from Tunis, Geneva and The Hague. For many years he was a UN Staff member and professor of international law and international relations. He is author of books and several articles on international relations.
