Recovery

Eminem is one of the best rappers I've heard, he focuses on making real music with real lyrics instead of sex, money, and drugs. Hoping for more albums in the future!

Without A Doubt, A Return To Form

Marshall, Slim Shady, Eminem, whatever you choose has RETURNED!!! It isn't, SSLP, MMLP, or TES, it RECOVERY!!! This CD starts off with a BANG and ends with a new planet! This is no typical Eminem CD, with only one beat from Dre, and other beats from some odd, pop music, rock music, Hip Hop music combination, it will appear weird like tracks: Spacebound, No Love, Love The Way You Lie. The raps are what you'd expect content wise for the most part, but lyrically it's a revolution of metaphors and double meanings that you'd need to Google lyrics to understand half of what he's talking about! Definitely a 4 1/2-5 star album easily. At least a 4, it is a near classic with slight misteps from W.T.P and So Bad, but those are terribly catchy and fun lyrically so they're not exactly skipable. Seduction is a surprisingly deep song NOT dissing Jay-Z as you may have heard (the AWW is just an adlib), No Love gives more reason that Wayne needs to step his game up and stop rapping trash whenever he gets on a track with Em, and the album is a mix of deep feelings, near beefs, hilarity and a bit of Kim and Hailie thrown in for good measure. Buy this album. Best Hip Hop album in... wow... a WHILE...

Yet Again

Eminem keeps on blowing my mind with greatness. But this time i can listen to an album without skipping any songs that i dont like. I love it all

To call Eminem hip-hop's Elvis is correct to a degree, but it's largely inaccurate. Certainly, Eminem was the first white rapper since the Beastie Boys to garner both sales and critical respect, but his impact exceeded this confining distinction. On sheer verbal skills, Eminem was one of the greatest MCs of his generation — rapid, fluid, dexterous, and unpredictable, as capable of pulling off long-form narrative as he was delivering a withering aside — and thanks to his mentor Dr. Dre,...
